oet listening

are abbreviations marked in oet listening test and if yes, which ones are accepted?

Hi Magirobho,

Thanks for your message about OET listening.

I believe you are talking about OET listening part A, in which case YES, you can use abbreviations in your notes. I think you will find that the discussion between the medical practitioner and patient will not use any abstract abbreviations though.

In short, I wouldn't worry about it too much for OET listening. Where you need to consider abbreviations is in OET writing sub-test :)
